Welcome to the Client Money HealthCheck

The HealthCheck has been designed to determine the ‘health’ of client money accounts and the ways in which letting agents handle and protect client money.

Assessment of practices and procedures is based on The Property Ombudsman Code of Practice for Letting Agents and Tenant Deposit Protection legislation as laid down in the Housing Act 2004 and the Deregulation Act 2015.

Where the HealthCheck is being undertaken on behalf of a third party e.g. a franchisor, copies of the final report will be sent to both the person who completed the online questionnaire and provided supporting documentation and also to the third party.

Completing the HealthCheck

1. Questionnaire and supporting documents submitted to us by you
2. Online payment made
3. Information provided is analysed and evaluated by us
4. Your completed HealthCheck Report is sent out by email

Completing the online questionnaire should take about 45 minutes.

Full payment of £360.00 (including VAT) must be made before the HealthCheck assessment is carried out.  Please call us on 01903 477900 for card payments.

Please note the online questionnaire has no ‘Save & Return’ option!
